Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.


Eligibility for Refunds

Due to hygiene and sanitary considerations, certain products are considered final sale.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt)

  • A description of the issue along with clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect

  • The item was damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong item


Pet Beds

Pet beds may be eligible for a refund if they are:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

Used items showing signs of wear, pet hair, odors, stains, or damage after delivery are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene reasons.

If a return is approved for reasons unrelated to damage or defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Waste Bags

Due to sanitary considerations, all waste bag products are considered final sale once opened and are not eligible for refunds or returns.


Refunds Without Return

In some cases, a return may not be required. If a return is deemed necessary, we will provide instructions after reviewing your request.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened waste bag products

  • Used pet beds or pet products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds, when approved, apply to the cost of the item only.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if:

  • The wrong item was sent, or

  • A verified manufacturing defect or transit damage is reported within 7 days of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence

We do not cover shipping costs for items damaged after delivery, items showing signs of use, or claims submitted without sufficient evidence.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it appropriately.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your refund request has been approved.


Refund Processing

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
