Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $70 USD. This promotion is applied automatically at checkout and is available only for orders shipped within the United States.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international or overseas shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions or weather conditions. eckopet is not liable for such delays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. eckopet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, eckopet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we will help where possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eckopet.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
